Job Overview
WebEarl Technologies is looking for a motivated and confident Sales Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate leads, schedule meetings, and support the business development team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a willingness to learn about IT services and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce WebEarl Technologies' services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions in the CRM or spreadsheets.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them to the relevant team.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and client support.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
