We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified German Language Trainer to join our team in Mangaluru.
Job Description
The German Language Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective German language classes to students preparing for higher education, career opportunities, and migration pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct German language classes for beginners and intermediate learners (A1, A2, B1, and above).
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct speaking, listening, reading, and writing practice sessions.
- Support students in preparing for Goethe, TELC, and other German language examinations.
- Maintain attendance and student performance records.
- Create an interactive and motivating learning environment.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and promotional activities organized by IILS Studies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- German language proficiency at B2/C1/C2 level or equivalent certification.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Preferred Qualifications
- Goethe-Institut Certification (B2/C1/C2).
- Experience teaching German language courses.
- Knowledge of German education and career pathways.
- Experience in online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.

Salary
