Job summary :
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing solar projects from initiation to completion. The role involves managing installation activities, coordinating with internal teams and customers, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and monitor solar project execution activities.
- Coordinate with electrical, structural, and installation teams for smooth project implementation.
- Manage site work scheduling for electrical and structural activities.
- Site visit for Supervising and monitoring for checking site updates.
- Handle site inspections and supervise project execution.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and installation teams regarding project requirements and updates.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely reports to management.
- Ensure the availability and arrangement of project materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, installers, and logistics providers, including porter arrangements.
- Follow up on replacement materials and service requirements through calls and emails.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and provide project status updates.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Support project planning, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures at project sites.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and related electrical calculations.
- Basic knowledge of solar system installation and project execution.
- Knowledge of electrical design preparation and related calculation.
- Understanding of site execution, material management, and project scheduling.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documents.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Previous experience in solar project execution and electrical design is preferred.
- Min 2 year of experience preferred as a Project Engineer in Solar Company or related field
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
