Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to lead and manage the Harley-Davidson sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, enhancing customer experience, managing team performance, and promoting the Harley-Davidson brand lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete showroom sales operations for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team for better performance.
- Ensure excellent customer handling and premium buying experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, events, rides, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation activities.
- Monitor inquiry handling, test rides, bookings, and deliveries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure proper display and presentation of motorcycles and merchandise in showroom.
- Train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain coordination with finance and insurance teams for smooth deal closures.

Qualification:
Experience:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in automobile sales.
- Experience in premium/luxury automotive or motorcycle brand preferred.
Salary: Best as per industry standards and experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Driving License.
- Willingness to travel for events and customer engagement activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
