Key Responsibilities
Lead Research & Database Building
* Identify potential B2B buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, Horeca suppliers, and corporate gifting companies globally.
* Research target companies using LinkedIn, Google, trade directories, ImportYeti, Alibaba, TradeIndia, Global Sources, and other databases.
* Build and maintain prospect lists with accurate contact information.
LinkedIn Outreach
* Send personalized connection requests to decision-makers.
* Engage with prospects through LinkedIn messages.
* Follow up with prospects systematically.
* Manage outreach campaigns and track responses.
Email Marketing & Cold Outreach
* Create prospect databases for email campaigns.
* Send personalized cold emails.
* Schedule follow-up sequences.
* Track open rates, replies, and interested prospects.
CRM & Data Management
* Update lead information in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
* Maintain records of outreach activities.
* Generate weekly lead generation reports.
Market Research
* Identify new export opportunities and target markets.
* Research competitors and industry trends.
* Find trade shows, exhibitions, and sourcing events relevant to Steelish Living.
Requirements
* Strong written English communication skills.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research.
* Basic understanding of B2B sales and international trade.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
* Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Knowledge of CRM tools.
* Experience with email marketing platforms.
* Understanding of exports, sourcing, or manufacturing industries.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
* Number of qualified leads generated per week.
* Number of decision-makers identified.
* LinkedIn connections sent and accepted.
* Email campaigns executed.
* Meetings or inquiries generated.
* Accuracy and quality of prospect database.
