About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Implementation & Data Analyst to own the end-to-end onboarding of new customers onto our platform. This is a hybrid customer-facing and technical role: you will be the customer’s main point of contact during implementation, understand the data held in their existing systems, map and migrate that data into our structure, and drive successful rollout of the product across multiple customer sites.
You sit at the intersection of the customer, our product, and our data — translating real-world business requirements into a clean, well-structured implementation. Success in this role means customers go live on time, with accurate data, and with the confidence to use the product independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, from kickoff to go-live and handover.
- Run onboarding sessions, workshops, and regular check-ins to understand customer goals, workflows, and success criteria.
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, set clear expectations, and keep them informed on progress, timelines, and dependencies.
- Proactively identify, manage, and resolve customer concerns, risks, and blockers, escalating internally where needed.
Data Understanding & Migration
- Analyse the customer’s existing data sources, formats, and systems to understand what needs to be migrated.
- Map and translate the customer’s data model into our platform’s data structure, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases.
- Clean, transform, validate, and load data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the migration.
- Document data mappings and migration logic so the process is repeatable and auditable.
Implementation & Multi-Site Rollout
- Configure and set up the product to match each customer’s requirements and processes.
- Plan and coordinate phased rollout of the product across multiple customer sites, accounting for local differences and constraints.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support teams to deliver on commitments and unblock issues.
- Deliver training and enablement so customer teams can adopt the product confidently at each site.
Continuous Improvement
- Capture customer feedback and recurring pain points, and feed them back to product and engineering.
- Help refine and standardise onboarding, data-migration, and rollout playbooks to make future implementations faster and smoother.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in a customer-facing implementation, onboarding, professional services, or technical account role, ideally within a SaaS or software environment.
- Strong data analysis skills, including comfort working with spreadsheets, CSV/structured data, and data mapping and transformation.
- Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to query, validate, and reconcile data sets (or a clear aptitude to learn quickly).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organisational and project-coordination skills, able to manage multiple customers and sites in parallel.
- A structured, detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with a high bar for data accuracy.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed for rollout and onboarding.
Nice to Have
- Experience migrating data between systems or running ETL-style processes.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or common data tools and BI platforms.
- Experience supporting multi-site or enterprise customers.
- A background that blends technical and customer-facing responsibilities.

- Customers are onboarded on time, with accurate, fully migrated data.
- The product is rolled out and adopted successfully across all of a customer’s sites.
- Customers feel supported, informed, and confident using the product independently.
- Onboarding and migration become more efficient over time through reusable processes.
Pay: ₹305,285.03 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
