Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The role involves field sales, client meetings, relationship management, and promoting UPS, Batteries, Solar, and Power Solution products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct field visits to acquire new customers.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Present company products and solutions effectively.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain records of leads, sales, customer visits, and invoices.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and customer support.
- Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- HSC candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B/Field Sales.
- Experience in UPS, Batteries, Electrical, Power Solutions, IT Hardware, or Industrial Products is preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
