Job description:
1. Connect with Customers: Reach out to existing customers and warm leads to introduce our latest collections, exclusive launches, and seasonal offers.
2. Drive Sales: Understand customer preferences and pitch products that match their style, turning casual inquiries into confirmed orders.
3. Solve Queries: Handle inbound customer calls regarding order status, sizing, exchanges, and product details with patience and warmth.
4. Re-engage Inactive Buyers: Reach out to past customers with personalized offers to bring them back into the fold.
5. Maintain Records: Keep our CRM and database up-to-date with accurate customer feedback and call statuses.
What We Are Looking For
Excellent Communicators: You can speak clearly, confidently, and politely in English and Hindi.
Natural Persuaders: You know how to handle objections smoothly without sounding pushy.
Fashion Enthusiasts: A basic understanding of clothing trends, sizes, and styling is a massive advantage.
Active Listeners: You can quickly catch on to what a customer is looking for and offer the perfect solution.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with basic calling tools, WhatsApp Business, or Excel is preferred.
