GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE / F&B SERVICE ASSOCIATE / HOSTESS
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Associates / F&B Service Associates / Hostesses to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Manage booking logs, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently.
- Present menus and explain food, beverages, and special offers.
- Assist guests in selecting menu items and upselling where appropriate.
- Ensure guests are comfortable throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen, cashier, and service teams for smooth operations.
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.
- Assist during buffet setups, special events, and banquet services.
- Ensure takeaway and packaging services are performed as per standards.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Experience in F&B, Restaurant, Café, or Retail will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are also welcome.
