DEGREE IN ENGINEERING / SCIENCE OR EQUIVALENT</p>

<ul><li>MINIMUM 1-2 YEAR(S) WORKING EXPERIENCE IN MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY OR EQUIVALENT</li>
</ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>OTHER PERSONAL CAPABILITIES</b></h5>
<div><ul><li>Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well at all levels.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Initiative, self-motivated and have good technical skills in decision making.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office application. (Excel, Words, etc.)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Capable to read technical drawing.</li></ul>

<div><div><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>A) PRODUCTION:</b></h5>
<div><ul><li>To establish Standard Operating Procedure for all process / product.</li></ul>
<ul><li>To involve in any new product development (Prototypes) before mass production.</li></ul>
<ul><li>To provide guidance / training for individuals and all staff members related to the process.</li></ul>
<ul><li>To participate in monthly and annual stock take.</li></ul>
</div><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>B) QUALITY:</b></h5>
<div><ul><li>To monitor all product quality and performance closely with Technical Department.</li></ul>
<ul><li>To verify all the production parameters (Temperature, Cure time, Machine Pressure, Compound and Metal plates) according to standard.</li></ul>
<ul><li>To check machine temperature calibration from time to time (Press machine)</li></ul>
</div><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>C) SAFETY:</b></h5>
<div><ul><li>To improve the manufacturing process, output efficiency and to maintain safe manufacturing practice.</li></ul>
<ul><li>To enact 5S concept among all production workers.</li></ul>
<ul><li>In addition, must carried out any additional task given by superior from time to time.</li></ul>
