Role Objective:
To support the Finance Department by managing day-to-day accounts, maintaining precise financial records, and ensuring the timely processing of journal entries and month-end closings. This is a foundational role focusing on accuracy and supporting the broader finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Day-to-Day Accounts: Maintain complete and up-to-date accounting records for daily business transactions.
- Bookkeeping: Accurately record all daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).
- Journal Entries: Prepare, process, and post all necessary journal entries into the accounting software.
- Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage billing processes, process incoming invoices, and monitor aged payables/receivables, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Month-End Closing: Assist with the month-end and year-end close process, including bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Data Entry & Filing: Ensure all financial documents, invoices, and receipts are properly organized, validated, and filed for audit trails.
- Reporting: Prepare basic weekly/monthly financial summaries for internal review.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Exactly 1 year of proven professional experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Software: Proficiency with standard accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, SAP, QuickBooks) and intermediate MS Excel skills (Pivots, VLOOKUPs).
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, good analytical ability, and high integrity.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant tax codes (e.g., GST in India).
Senior Accountant :-

Role Objective:
To take ownership of the company's financial reporting and compliance. This role requires advanced technical knowledge in reporting, budgeting, and tax/audit support, along with the leadership ability to oversee and review the work of junior accounting staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and analyze key financial data for management.
- Oversight & Supervision: Review the daily/monthly work of Junior Accountants, providing guidance and ensuring high standards.
- Budget Preparation: Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare monthly variance analysis, explaining differences between actual and projected performance.
- Tax Support: Ensure timely and accurate calculation
- Audit Support: Manage the external and internal audit processes, including preparing necessary schedules, documents, and reconciling accounts..
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required; a professional certification.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven, progressively responsible professional experience, including supervisory aspects and financial analysis.
- Software: High proficiency with advanced features in accounting software and expert MS Excel skills.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, leadership qualities, and extreme attention to detail.
- Knowledge: Expert understanding of financial accounting standards and corporate/indirect taxation in India.
