- Budget: ₹1.70 – ₹2.10 LPM
2. Technical Lead / STL – ITOM & TSOM
- Experience: 7 – 10 Years
- Budget: ₹2.15 – ₹2.50 LPM
3. STL – ITSM & CSM
- Experience: 7 – 10 Years
- Budget: ₹2.15 – ₹2.50 LPM
Skills Required
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM / TSOM / ITSM / CSM
- Hands-on expertise in Discovery, CMDB & Event Management
- Experience in Integrations & Workflow Automation
- Client Handling & Production Support experience
- Good understanding of ServiceNow development & ITIL processes
