Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site activities, ensure quality execution, and support project delivery within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at site
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and senior engineers
- Monitor material usage and maintain records
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Assist in site measurements and billing support
- Report daily progress to senior management
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 2–4 years of site experience
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read drawings and BOQs
- Good communication and coordination skills
