Job Description
We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Executive / Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our online sales for our gemstone and jewellery business.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces and be comfortable handling product listings, orders, inventory, customer communication and online promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Flipkart and other online marketplaces
- Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images and keywords
- Manage orders, inventory, pricing and product updates
- Handle customer queries and marketplace communication
- Monitor sales, products and competitors
- Assist with promotions, SEO and online marketing
- Prepare basic sales and performance reports
- Coordinate with the product and photography teams
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on e-commerce experience
- Experience with Amazon, Shopify, Etsy or similar platforms
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Understanding of product listing and e-commerce SEO
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Jewellery, gemstones, fashion or handicraft industry experience will be an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
