Bubble Me is a growing D2C consumer brand focused on building delightful products and experiences for modern consumers. We are looking for a highly driven Operations Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day operations and help us build efficient, scalable processes as we grow.
Role Overview
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day business operations across various functions. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, logistics partners, marketplaces, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of operational issues.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked with a D2C brand and understands the fast-paced nature of e-commerce and consumer businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operational activities across the business.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, courier, vendors, and other external partners.
Monitor order processing, dispatches, deliveries, returns, and replacements.
Track and resolve operational issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Coordinate inventory movement and maintain accurate operational records.
Work closely with the Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
Monitor operational MIS and prepare regular reports on orders, inventory, returns, and other key metrics.
Identify operational gaps and implement processes to improve efficiency.
Follow up with vendors and partners to ensure timely execution.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, trackers, and operational dashboards.
Support the team in scaling processes as the brand grows.
Take ownership of ad-hoc operational projects and ensure timely completion.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Operations, E-commerce Operations, Supply Chain, or a similar role.
Prior experience working with a D2C brand is mandatory/preferred.
Strong understanding of D2C / e-commerce operations.
Experience with order management, logistics, inventory, returns, and vendor coordination.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and operational MIS.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Immediate joiner or candidate with a very short notice period preferred.
Highly proactive, hands-on, and willing to take ownership.
Preferred Background
Candidates who have previously worked with D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, beauty, personal care, fashion, lifestyle, food, or other consumer brands will be strongly preferred.
