About the Role
We are looking for a confident and result-driven BDE (Pre-Sales & Career Counselling) who can communicate effectively with UK and international students, understand their academic needs, and guide them towards the right services offered by Tutorment.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counselling, and conversion skills with the ability to build trust and maintain student relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with UK & international students through calls, chats, and emails
- Understand student requirements and provide proper guidance
- Handle pre-sales counselling and convert leads into clients
- Explain Tutorment services professionally and confidently
- Maintain regular follow-ups and strong student relationships
- Achieve monthly sales/conversion targets
- Maintain lead and client records properly
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in BDE, Pre-Sales, Career Counselling, or International Sales
- Excellent English communication and convincing skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable handling international students/clients
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Experience in EdTech or academic counselling is a plus
