Job Summary
IAMAX Precision India Pvt Ltd is seeking an immediate joiner for the role of CNC Turn-Mill Setter. We are looking for skilled individuals capable of Setting up and Troubleshooting knowledge in Turn-Mill machines to produce high-precision components.
Requirements (Prerequisites)
- Experience: 3+ years in CNC Milling Setting (Turn +Turn-Mill).
- Education: ITI, Diploma, or above (Pass or Fail accepted).
- Age: 18–35 years.
· Skills: Expertise in tool preparation, job setup, Handle in quality Equipments and troubleshooting in CNC process.
- M/c control system: Fanuc
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)
- Set up Turn machines by installing fixtures, tools, and raw materials.
- Perform tool preparation and job setting according to Data sheet & technical drawings.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and optimize production processes.
- Work in rotational shifts (Monday to Saturday).
