A Personal Assistant (PA) is responsible for providing administrative, organizational, and communication support to senior executives or managers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments efficiently
- Handle calls, emails, and other communications professionally
- Act as a point of contact between the manager and internal/external stakeholders
- Arrange travel plans including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transport
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports
- Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and data
- Coordinate tasks, track deadlines, and follow up on pending work
- Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, or conferences
- Handle basic administrative tasks like data entry, reporting, and office coordination
- Support in decision-making by providing required information and updates
- Manage personal tasks if required (appointments, reminders, etc.)
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational ability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
