We are seeking a skilled and passionate Continental Chef to prepare high-quality continental cuisine for banquet events. The ideal candidate should have expertise in menu planning, food preparation, presentation, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of continental dishes as per menu standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation for all food served.
- Assist in menu planning and the development of new recipes.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Continental Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or banquet.
- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, food presentation, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a passion for quality and innovation.
