Job Summary
We are hiring a Production Engineer for a leading machine-building manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in assembly shop operations and production activities, along with knowledge of ERP systems such as NAV/SAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day assembly shop production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per quality and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with production, quality, stores, and engineering teams.
- Monitor assembly processes and resolve production-related issues.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings and assembly procedures.
- Maintain production records and reports using NAV/SAP.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, and materials.
- Support troubleshooting and process improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–4 years of experience in the machine-building industry.
- Must have experience in the Assembly Shop of a machine-building manufacturing unit.
- Knowledge of NAV/SAP systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
