Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer who enjoys building products from zero to one and scaling them into production. You will work closely with product, program management, and clients to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications for enterprise customers.
This is a high-ownership role where speed, problem-solving, and execution matter more than simply knowing the latest frameworks.
Roles & Responsibilities
AI Engineering
- Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Design and develop agentic workflows and AI agents
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications with memory and orchestration
- Implement structured outputs, tool calling, guardrails, and evaluation pipelines
- Continuously optimize AI quality, latency, reliability, and cost
Product Development
- Rapidly prototype new products and proofs of concept
- Convert prototypes into scalable, production-ready applications
- Contribute to technical architecture and engineering decisions
- Build reusable components and internal engineering accelerators
Enterprise Integrations
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems using REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and authentication protocols
- Work with CRM, ERP, document management systems, and other third-party platforms
- Design reliable, event-driven workflows across multiple enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot integration issues and build reusable connectors
Engineering
- Develop backend services using Python
- Build modern web applications using React and TypeScript
- Work with SQL, MongoDB, Redis, and vector databases
- Deploy and maintain applications on Azure and AWS
- Build secure, scalable, and production-ready systems
Automation
- Integrate AI models with business workflows and enterprise applications
Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Program Managers, Designers, and Clients
- Review code, document technical solutions, and contribute to engineering best practices
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and recommend practical adoption where relevant

Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical engineering exercise focused on solving a real-world AI problem involving enterprise integrations. We value demonstrated problem-solving, engineering quality, and product thinking over certifications or familiarity with specific frameworks.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
