Position: Surveyor – Building Construction
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to handle site surveying, setting out, levels, measurements and alignment for building construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate site surveys, measurements and setting-out as per approved drawings.
- Mark grid lines, columns, foundations, walls and other structural elements.
- Check levels, elevations, alignment and verticality of construction work.
- Operate Total Station, Auto Level/Dumpy Level and other surveying equipment.
- Verify site dimensions with architectural and structural drawings.
- Provide accurate measurements to support quantity and billing requirements.
- Prepare and maintain survey records, level books, coordinates and benchmarks.
- Carry out as-built measurements and provide data for as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors and Consultants to resolve survey-related issues.
- Ensure all surveying work is carried out with high accuracy and within project tolerances.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma/Certification in Surveying or relevant qualification.
- Experience in building construction/real-estate projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of Total Station and Auto Level.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
- Good knowledge of site measurements, levels and setting-out procedures.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
