Job Title: AI Trainer & Faculty (English Compulsory)Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and highly articulate AI Trainer & Faculty to join our team at Catalyst School of Business (The Catalyst Group) in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for simplifying AI concepts, tools, and applications for students and professionals through interactive online classes and high-energy offline seminars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging online classes and impactful offline seminars/workshops on Generative AI, prompt engineering, and modern AI tools.
- Curriculum Management: Teach students how to practically leverage AI for business, productivity, and tech workflows.
- Student Mentorship: Guide learners through hands-on projects, practical sessions, and resolve their technical queries.
- Public Speaking: Lead and manage large audiences confidently during campus seminars and bootcamps.
Requirements & Skills:
- Communication: Flawless written and spoken English communication skills (Non-negotiable).
- Experience: 1–2+ years in Teaching, Corporate Training, Public Speaking, or Tech Mentoring. (Freshers with exceptional English and AI tool knowledge are welcome).
- Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with popular AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, etc.) and a quick-learning tech mindset.
- Personality: High energy, confident presenter, and passionate about mentoring.
