Accommodation & Property Management
- Oversee day-to-day functioning of Mesa’s student accommodation properties (P1–P4).
- Ensure all facilities, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and utilities, are functioning smoothly.
- Work closely with Property Aggregator and other vendors to ensure timely resolution of R&M and housekeeping issues.
- Conduct periodic audits of properties and rooms to ensure cleanliness, compliance, and upkeep.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with external vendors (housekeeping, security, transport, water supply, pest control, etc.) for seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate, monitor, and evaluate vendor performance and ensure timely payments and contract compliance.
- Build strong working relationships with property managers, shuttle vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Student Experience & Escalation Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for student accommodation queries and complaints.
- Ensure prompt resolution of student issues through coordination with vendors and the operations team.
- Track, document, and escalate unresolved concerns as per the standard escalation matrix.
Transport & Shuttle Operations
- Manage end-to-end shuttle operations, including vendor coordination, rosters, and feedback collection.
- Ensure punctuality, route efficiency, and adherence to safety and budget guidelines.
Process & Reporting
- Maintain accurate trackers for complaints, repairs, and operational metrics.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Program Operations leadership on property and shuttle performance.
- Continuously suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and student satisfaction.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
