Plumeria Holidays is seeking a Team Leader to manage sales and operational activities for the Chennai branch, focusing on delivering strong business performance across multiple travel segments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets
- Manage FIT, GIT & MICE inquiries and conversions
- Support marketing initiatives for lead generation
- Coordinate with operations for seamless execution
- Build relationships with B2B clients and vendors
- Track team performance and provide regular feedback
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in travel sales
- Prior experience in team handling is mandatory
- Good knowledge of holiday packages and destinations
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
