Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Server Administrator to manage, maintain, and monitor company servers and IT infrastructure. The candidate will ensure server security, system performance, backups, and smooth network operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.
- Monitor server performance and ensure system availability.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain server security, antivirus, and firewall configurations.
- Monitor storage utilization and system logs.
- Coordinate with vendors and support teams when required.
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery processes are functioning properly.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Linux Administration is Must.
- Understanding of networking concepts, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Firewall.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certifications like MCSE, RHCE, CCNA, or equivalent are preferred.
Experience
- 1+ years of experience in Server Administration or IT Infrastructure.
Salary
- As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹15,004.83 - ₹51,986.60 per month
