Job description:
We are looking for a CRM Executive to support customer data management and enhance overall customer experience. This role focuses on maintaining CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting teams with customer insights
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep customer details organized in a system
- Track customer calls, emails, and purchases
- Help companies stay in touch with customers
- Send messages, emails, or offers to customers
- Make sure customers are happy and come back again
- Work with sales and support teams to solve customer issues
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
