We are looking for a highly result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who can drive qualified leads, build strong campaigns, and create measurable growth.
Role Objective
Your primary responsibility will be student & parent lead generation through structured, performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms in Bengaluru.
This is NOT a social media posting role — this is a performance marketing + strategy role.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy
- Generate high-quality leads for admissions (IIT-JEE/NEET programs)
- Run paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms
- Optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead) and improve conversion rates
- Target parents and students geographically (Bengaluru-focused campaigns)
- Design funnel: Ads → Landing Pages → Forms → CRM → Follow-ups
- Manage remarketing, WhatsApp marketing, and email nurturing campaigns
- Coordinate with admissions/sales team for lead quality feedback
- Handle website SEO and local search visibility
- Track performance using Google Analytics, GTM, and reporting dashboards
- Plan seasonal campaigns (admission cycles, results season, entrance exams)
- Work with designers/content team for creatives and ad copies
- Continuously test new growth strategies and channels
Required Skills
- Strong experience in performance marketing & paid ads
- Google Ads + Meta Ads expertise (must-have)
- Lead generation & funnel building experience
- Landing page optimization (CRO knowledge)
- SEO & local marketing basics
- CRM/Marketing automation tools knowledge
- Analytics-driven decision making
- Budget optimization skills
- Education/EdTech marketing experience preferred
Ideal Candidate
- 6–8 years of digital marketing experience
- Has handled ₹5–20L+ monthly ad budgets (preferred but flexible)
- Strong understanding of Indian parent/student behavior
- Practical, execution-focused, not theoretical
- Self-driven and accountable for numbers
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing team
