About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee execution of major Railway P-Way (Permanent Way) and Civil Infrastructure Works on the Bilaspur to Raipur section. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in executing EPC railway projects and a proven track record of successful CRS inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end execution of Railway P-Way (track linking, turnout laying, ballast packing, etc.) and associated Civil Works (bridges, earthwork, blanketing).
- Manage project delivery within timeline, budget, and safety standards in accordance with EPC Contract terms and specifications.
- Coordinate with main contractors, Indian Railways authorities, and consultancy teams for approvals and site inspections.
- Lead and prepare project sites for Commission of Railway Safety (CRS) inspections and ensure smooth clearance.
- Manage subcontractors, site engineers, resource allocation, and daily site operations.
Mandatory Qualification & Experience CriteriaCriteriaRequirementsP-Way
Experience: Minimum 100+ KM of completed P-Way track execution in single contractual work.
CRS Clearances Successfully completed a minimum of 5 CRS inspections.
Contractual Knowledge In-depth understanding and working experience with EPC Contracts.
Industry Background Prior experience working with Railway Subcontractors / Main Contractors.
Education B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Pay: ₹960,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per month
