Role Overview
The Content Strategist will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing content initiatives that support Maverick’s branding, communication, social media presence, and business objectives. The role requires strong content planning, competitor analysis, market research, and communication skills to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop monthly content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Prepare and manage content calendars for social media, newsletters, website updates, product communication, and marketing campaigns.
- Research industry trends, emerging topics, and audience interests to identify relevant content opportunities.
- Conduct competitor analysis to monitor market positioning, content strategies, communication trends, and industry best practices.
- Create and coordinate content for social media, brochures, newsletters, presentations, product communication, case studies, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts, ensuring timely posting, audience engagement, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Technical, and Design teams to execute content initiatives effectively.
- Support content requirements for exhibitions, conferences, webinars, workshops, product launches, and corporate events.
- Conduct international market research to identify global healthcare simulation trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Monitor content and social media performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice, and communication across all platforms.
- Prepare monthly reports covering content performance, competitor insights, market trends, and social media activities.
- Support the Reporting Manager in achieving departmental goals, marketing objectives, branding initiatives, and business growth targets through effective content planning, market research, and communication strategies.
Skills Required
- 1–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Content Strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Experience managing LinkedIn and other professional social media platforms.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and content management tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
