Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketer to handle digital marketing campaigns, social media growth, paid advertising, and online presence for Oneiro Ads and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for clients.
- Plan and manage Instagram, Facebook, Google and other digital platforms.
- Create and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Handle campaign objectives such as leads, awareness, engagement, traffic and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and market research.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads based on results.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Track important metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with the content, video production, graphic design and sales teams.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes and new advertising features.
- Manage client requirements and ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
- Assist in developing content strategies and campaign concepts.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Business Profile.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make decisions based on performance.
- Creative thinking and awareness of current social media trends.
- Good time-management and multitasking abilities.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in digital marketing is preferred. Freshers with strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads and social media marketing can also apply.

Preferred: Candidates with experience working in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or creative agency will have an advantage.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
