Key Responsibilities
- Generate new corporate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and connect with HR, Admin, Procurement, Facility, and Management professionals.
- Pitch corporate travel solutions including:
- Corporate Tours
- Team Outings
- MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions)
- Employee Reward Trips
- Offsite Planning
- International Incentive Tours
- Schedule client meetings (online & offline).
- Prepare customized travel proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team for seamless execution.
- Update CRM with leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Represent Paradise Yatra at business networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in cold calling and lead generation.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple corporate accounts simultaneously.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
