- Supervise assembly workers and machine shop workers
- Ensure smooth shift operations and discipline on the shop floor
- Take responsibility for achieving daily production targets
- Effectively manage and get work done from workers
- Coordinate with different departments for production flow
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of drawing reading
- Basic knowledge of fabrication work
- Good leadership and team handling skills
- Ability to work in shift timings
