Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in civil construction. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality and timely execution, and preparing accurate cost estimates. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting with clients, consultants, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs.
- Monitor material consumption and maintain records of site materials.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
- Verify measurements and prepare contractor bills.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Track project progress and report updates to the management.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials in coordination with the procurement team.
- Maintain site documentation, daily progress reports, and measurement records.
