Title: PHLEBOTOMY and Laboratory Technician (Pathology)
Location: dhayari phata ,Pune, Maharashtra
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to perform accurate clinical tests, maintain laboratory equipment, and uphold strict safety and hygiene standards in our pathology lab.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and process blood, tissue, and other samples for clinical analysis.
Conduct routine and specialized tests (e.g., hematology, biochemistry, serology).
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain patient confidentiality in the LIMS.
Follow Bio-Medical Waste Management (BMWM) rules and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma (DMLT) or B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Experience: Minimum 1 years experience in a diagnostic pathology lab or fresher
Skills: Proficiency in lab software, analytical mindset, and strong attention to detail.
