Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer handling
- Welcome customers to the showroom.
- Understand their requirements, budget and riding preferences.
- Recommend the right Royal Enfield motorcycle.
- Product presentation
- Explain bike features, specifications, pricing, benefits and available offers.
- Demonstrate the motorcycle and arrange test rides.
- Sales target achievement
- Achieve daily, monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Convert enquiries and test rides into bookings and retail sales.
- Lead follow-up
- Follow up with customers through phone calls, online enquiries and referrals.
- Maintain customer information in the dealership's CRM/DMS system.
- Finance & insurance
- Explain EMI and finance options.
- Coordinate with banks/finance and insurance teams.
- Promote relevant additional products such as extended warranty where applicable.
- Accessories & riding gear
- Promote Royal Enfield accessories, riding gear and merchandise as part of the sales process.
- Booking and delivery
- Complete customer documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation, invoicing, insurance, registration and delivery.
- Explain basic vehicle controls, maintenance and safety information during delivery.
- Customer satisfaction
- Maintain good relationships with customers after the sale.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate with the appropriate dealership team for resolution.
- Sales records & showroom standards
- Keep customer and sales records updated.
- Ensure the showroom, bikes and promotional material are presented according to dealership standards.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
