Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to provide administrative and office support. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day office activities, maintain records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and office support activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other office documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
- Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Support HR and Accounts with basic administrative tasks.
- Ensure office cleanliness and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC)
- Graduation will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Administration, Office Assistant, Front Office, or a similar role.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
