Responsibilities
> Lead and manage academic teams, mentors, and counselors.
> Ensure student support, engagement, and retention.
> Monitor team performance
> Conduct training and performance reviews.
> Resolve escalated student issues.
> Maintain academic quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
> Bachelor's/Master's Degree. 1-2 years of experience in academic
management.
> Strong leadership, communication, and
team management skills.
> Ability to manage teams and drive performance v Prior experience with competitive exam preparation platforms is preferred.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kochi, Kerala
