Orthocure Clinics & Strength Studios is looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to drive our digital growth for our Clinics, Strength Studios & Product Verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan , execute and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads while optimizing Cost Per Lead (CPL), ROAS, and overall campaign performance
- Analyze campaign data, identify trends and implement data-driven optimizations
- Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing and conversion tracking
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Work closely with the creative and business teams to maximize marketing ROI
We are looking for:
- 3-8yrs of hands-on-experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Candidates with an e-commerce background will be preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of campaign metrics
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking is an added advantage
- A proactive, performance-driven mindset with a passion for delivering measurable results.
