Novello Hotels Group is a rapidly growing hospitality brand committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences across our hotels and restaurants. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team and help us attract top talent for our expanding properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel and hospitality positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment drives.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Handle offer letter generation and onboarding coordination.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Coordinate with HR and operations teams for smooth hiring processes.
- Promote the employer brand across recruitment channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (Hospitality recruitment preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong learning ability may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment platforms and hiring processes.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ATS or HRMS software is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality recruitment.
- Hiring for Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Service, Kitchen, Sales, Accounts, and Corporate roles.
