Role Overview The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, , expanding the channel partner network, and ensuring maximum inventory movement for the company’s residential projects.
Sales & Revenue Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Drive bookings and revenue for project inventory Ensure maximum conversion from site visits to bookings
Channel Partner Network Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers Expand the channel partner network for consistent leads Organize CP meets and engagement activities
Client Handling Handle HNI clients and key negotiations Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to booking Assist clients in documentation and booking formalities Sales Operations Track daily site visits, inquiries, and booking conversions Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and lead generation
Sales or Marketing preferred 2–5 years experience in real estate sales
Key Skills Strong negotiation and closing ability Leadership and team management skills Strong channel partner network in Ahmedabad market Excellent communication and client handling skills
Performance Metrics (KPIs) Monthly booking targets Site visit to booking conversion ratio Channel partner activation and performance Revenue generation from project inventory

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
