Position: Flutter Developer
About the Role
Metaminds Studio is looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer to join our mobile application development team. We are seeking a candidate with 1 to 2 years of professional experience who is eager to build high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and scalable Dart code.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build responsive and visually appealing mobile applications.
Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
Work with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
Work with Node.js, Firebase, and Supabase for backend integration and application services.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest Flutter technologies, tools, and mobile development trends.
Qualifications
1 to 2 years of professional experience in Flutter development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Flutter and the Dart programming language.
Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
Working knowledge of Node.js, Firebase, and Supabase is required.
Understanding of mobile application architecture and UI/UX principles.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Very good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience publishing applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
