- Wiring & Schematic Design: Develop comprehensive electrical wiring diagrams, line diagrams, schematics, and cable schedules using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or SolidWorks Electrical).
- System Design: Design electrical control panels, power distribution systems, and circuitry architectures based on project specifications.
- Technical Documentation: Create, update, and maintain detailed Bill of Materials (BOM), engineering termination schedules, and technical layout manuals.
- Testing & Validation: Use wiring diagrams to troubleshoot, test, and commission electrical installations, ensuring safety and compliance with industry codes (e.g., IEEE, NEC, IEC).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with assembly technicians, panel builders, and project managers to interpret schematics and guide physical builds.
