Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing client communication, order processing, and overall sales operations. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily operations
- Handle client inquiries via calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and documentation
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery coordination
- Follow up with clients for payments and order status
- Maintain customer database and update records regularly
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in sales coordination or similar role preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
