About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Academic Coordinator (Grade VI-IX) to lead and oversee the academic excellence of our school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, academic monitoring, assessment management, and ensuring the effective implementation of CBSE and NEP guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) – Mandatory
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in academic coordination or academic leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, NEP 2020, competency-based education, and assessment practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
