About the Role
Judit Inc. is hiring Recruiters in India to support high-volume healthcare staffing initiatives across the United States.
This role focuses heavily on sourcing and placing clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals, including Medical Assistants and support staff, for hospitals and healthcare systems.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role requiring strong phone communication skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
Judit has a proven track record of deploying over 1,000 healthcare and administrative professionals in large-scale public health initiatives, demonstrating our ability to operate at scale.
Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit healthcare candidates (RN's, LPN's, OT/PT, Home Health Aides, Medical Assistants, support staff, etc.)
- Conduct phone screenings with US-based candidates
- Assess candidate qualifications, availability, and compliance readiness
- Maintain a steady pipeline of active candidates for open roles
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Ensure timely submissions aligned with client requirements
- Meet high-volume recruiting and submission targets
Required Qualifications

6 months to 3 years of recruiting experience (healthcare preferred but not required)
- Strong English communication skills, especially over the phone
- Ability to handle high-volume candidate interactions daily
- Familiarity with healthcare roles is a plus (Medical Assistants, CNAs, etc.)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
