Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and courier communications
- Maintain visitor records and front office registers
- Coordinate meetings and manage conference room bookings
- Support HR and administration teams with daily office activities
- Maintain office files, documents, and stationery records
- Coordinate travel bookings and appointments when required
- Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of the reception area
- Assist in internal communication and coordination with different departments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Pleasant personality with professional etiquette
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle calls and visitors confidently
- Prior experience in reception/front office/admin role will be preferred
Pay: ₹8,822.41 - ₹18,000.00 per month
