Full job description:-
We are looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Executive to align HR practices with business objectives. The role involves partnering with leadership, managing employee relations, driving performance management, and supporting organizational growth.
- Partner with business leaders to understand goals and align HR strategies
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (hiring to exit)
- Drive performance management and employee development initiatives
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Support workforce planning and organizational restructuring
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company guidelines
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making
- Lead engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
- Support learning & development programs
- Collaborate with recruitment teams for hiring needs
- Knowledge in Statutory and Pay Roll (ESI, PF, Etc...)
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
- Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in HR , Business Administration

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
