Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate labour, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed within timelines.
- Check materials, measurements, and workmanship at the site.
- Coordinate with Civil Engineer, Architect, Contractor, and Project Manager.
- Maintain daily site reports and track work progress.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Follow safety procedures and site regulations.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.
- Knowledge of RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing work.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and layouts.
- Good labour and contractor management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
