We are looking for an experienced *Construction Engineer / Manager* to join our team and lead construction activities while ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and cost control.

*Qualification:* B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma – Civil Engineering
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Plan, supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities
* Monitor project progress, quality and productivity
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors
* Ensure projects are completed as per drawings, specifications and schedule
* Manage manpower, materials, equipment and resources
* Review drawings, BOQs and technical requirements
* Monitor project costs and assist with billing and quantity verification
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures
* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
* Identify and resolve site issues effectively
*Candidate Profile:*
✅ Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution
✅ Good leadership and team-management skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines
✅ Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and project planning tools
✅ Strong communication and coordination skills
✅ Experience in residential/commercial/infrastructure projects preferred
